Starting Music Education Early
Starting your child on a musical instrument is an exciting adventure for both your child and you! Children are naturally curious about sounds and love to explore toys and musical instruments to discover sounds of their own.
Since their brains are most open to learning new skills when they are very young, getting an early start on their musical education is essential! And now, to benefit your child, the Nuryl app includes a Suzuki playlist to help them become familiar with the music in this popular curriculum. 16 violin and 9 piano lesson songs from the Suzuki Method Volume 1 are included in the Nuryl app to get your child started down the right musical path!
What Is The Suzuki Method?
The Suzuki Method is one of the most popular music education methods worldwide. The creator Shinichi Suzuki believed in using the method to mold “noble human beings” who possess “sensitivity, discipline, and endurance.”
This method teaches children to learn an instrument through immersion in the curriculum music and positive reinforcement from the teacher AND parents. In fact, it is not uncommon for the parents to learn the songs to help continue the learning at home.
Children also learn to perform as a group, promoting social interaction and fostering community spirit. Another important element of The Suzuki Method is repetition. As they learn new songs within the curriculum, they continue to perform older ones in review to strengthen the skills they have learned.

How Nuryl Can Help Your Child
In a similar respect, the Nuryl daily curriculum relies on repetition and memorization to help your child learn. So listening to Nuryl with them daily provides a solid foundation of musical stimulation. It gets them familiar with the songs in the Suzuki curriculum, so they have a great head start.
And while every child learns at their own pace, our musical lessons can help them establish and grow a foundation for recognizing notes and scales, giving them an amazing advantage when they start learning an instrument. Just think of the lifetime of musical benefits this can have for them!
